Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Grainstorm ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website grainstorm.news and related subscriber services, including email newsletters and optional SMS sell alerts for Strategy-tier subscribers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

How we use your information

SMS sell alerts (Strategy tier)

SMS alerts are optional and available only to active Strategy-tier subscribers. You may opt in at grainstorm.news/dashboard.html by entering your US mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent is not required to purchase a subscription.

If you opt in, we may send automated text messages when the published Strategy newsletter includes a model-portfolio sell signal for commodities you selected (corn, soybeans, and/or wheat). Message frequency varies depending on market conditions; you may receive zero messages on days with no sell signal, and typically no more than a few messages per month when sell signals occur. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS alerts on your dashboard. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information non-sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your phone number. SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio, our messaging provider, solely to deliver the service you requested and to process STOP/HELP replies.
